What a great blog and thanks so much for sharing all this insight. I did a lot of reading here and my question is, when you speak about “the stream of consciousness”, are you basically referring to the subconscious mind, if not so, can you further explain the relation of the subconscious mind to the “stream of consciousness”? It’s my understanding that the patterns we want to adjust by ” letting go ” eventually will slowly have to be adjusted by the subconscious mind first, but yet, you don’t really bring up the subconscious a lot in your blogs. again – thanks so much for your very insightful writings!
