I have been living a very intense process in many levels, and one of them has been the awakening of this sexual energy. At first it was surprising and like an anxiety but them i allow it to be there, observe it, feel it, and notice like an intense flow of pleasure growing with every breath and located in my belly. I allow it to be there and simply relax, and that has transformed the quality of my sexual life, being relax I don´t need to liberate this energy but just enjoy it. However, this intense feeling keeps arousing, i´m aware of it, but i wonder if it there is some book where I can learn about it, I ám very interested on it because is so intense but that doesn´t mean that I need to have sex, it´s just recognizing the impulse, the energy being here, flowing.
