The next group meet-up will be on September 20th at 9:30 AM PST (rescheduled from August 30th). The fee for the session is $20. You can register for the meetup by sending a mail to calmdownmind@gmail.com . You will receive a confirmation on the availability along with the payment link.

A meeting link will be sent prior to the event.

It will be an informal setting, you can join and leave the meeting anytime in between, and you can choose to leave your video on or off during the session.
